PS3 Error Code 80029946

This error is caused by an issue playing a burnt NTSC disc on a PAL Playstation 3 machine.

To solve this error :

A NTSC burnt disc must be played on a NTSC Playstation 3 machine.

Try burning the disc again in NTSC format.

A work around is to use a media streamer to stream the disc contents from a computer to your PS3.
